Turkey

Merriam turkey are spread out in spots all over New Zealand. They have no predators and will multiply quite fast. Toms will get over 20lbs plus.

There are no seasons or limits. The best strutting times are from mid July - mid November. It's not uncommon to shoot 3 toms a day.

Paradise Ducks, Black Swan and Pukeko

Paradise ducks are a great set of ducks to have mounted. They mate for life and are very common. They are grazing birds so we are not hunting over water all the time. The seasons are May 6th - August 27th, March 3rd - March 25th we also have Black Swan as well. Pukekos have a beautiful blue purple plumage and are a kiwi native bird.

Duck license fees of $50 U.S
